Process therapy is a holistic method of healing wherein the client's emotional, physical, and spiritual states are taken into consideration. The focus is on the whole being -- mind, body, soul and heart, with the purpose of integrating all these parts into a fuller, more joyful life.

This type of process can involve breathwork, movement, visualization and psychodrama to unlock solutions and move energy through the body.

In a hyper-consumer, productivity-based culture such as ours, it is easy to lose track of the voice of our internal wisdom, our connection to spirit, and our physical and emotional health.

A process therapy session is the opportunity to listen to, accept and integrate the many facets of ourselves, increase body awareness, balance and transform our lives to a more authentic and passionate level.

My experience as a process therapist has been very much akin to the role of a midwife; basically I believe that we all possess the answers to any problems or questions we wish to work out. By staying present, witnessing and guiding another in the birth of a new realization, idea or solution, I have seen many amazing changes take place in people's lives. In this way sessions have come to be very organic, we follow the energy together and trust the process as it unfolds.
